OV Fundraisiner Rerferral Program Terms of Service

The OV Fundraising Referral Program is offered by Printeesweet (dba OV Fundraising) to eligible participants. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: This program is open to individuals and organizations residing in the United States, aged 18 years or older.
2. Referral Rewards: Referral rewards are granted only when:
   • The referred customer successfully launches a fundraising store with OV Fundraising within 90 days of the referral.
   • The store generates a minimum of $1000 in sales within the selling period of two weeks.
3. Reward Details: Rewards will be issued in the form of check, and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise specified.
4. Referral Process: Referrals must be made through the official referral link https://ovfundraising.com/referrals or process provided by OV Fundraising. Self-referrals or referrals within the same household are not eligible.
5. Referral Tracking: It is the responsibility of the referrer to ensure that the referred customer uses the correct referral link or indicates the referrer's name during the sign-up process. OV Fundraising will not honor referrals that cannot be tracked or verified.
6. Tax Reporting Requirements:
   OV Fundraising is required to collect the following information from participants who receive $600 or more in referral rewards during the tax year, in compliance with IRS regulations:
   • The total amount paid to the participant during the tax year.
   • The participant's legal name.
   • The participant's address.
   • The participant's taxpayer identification number (TIN) or Social Security Number (SSN).
   Failure to provide this information when requested may result in delays or forfeiture of referral rewards.
7. Fraudulent Activity: OV Fundraising reserves the right to disqualify referrals or participants for any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unethical behavior, including, but not limited to, creating fake accounts or manipulating the program.
8. Program Changes: OV Fundraising reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice.
9. Taxes: Referrers are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes related to the referral rewards they receive.
10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the referral program will be resolved in accordance with OV Fundraising's terms of service and applicable state and federal laws.
11. Disclaimer: OV Fundraising is not liable for any technical issues, loss of data, or delays that may impact participation in the program.
