We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Every effort will be made to provide you with a high quality item that you expect. In the event that you are not pleased with any product, please call us at 888-410-2160 to discuss the problem of the item you ordered. If we are not able to resolve the issue during our conversation, we will either refund your money for the item in question or provide you with another item to meet your satisfaction.

Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable itemsThere are no exchanges or refunds due to sizing issues. All products have sizing information. Feel free to contact us directly at 888-410-2160 before you order if you have any questions on sizing.Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for face masks or any item that has been worn, washed or used previously.

RefundsWe will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
